Man Utd keen to sign 30-Cap International with £87m release clause

Man Utd are one of several clubs who are big fans of Benfica midfielder Richard Rios, according to reports.

AS Colombia claims the Red Devils, Fulham, Roma, Napoli and Inter Milan are all tracking the player ahead of the summer transfer window.

Rios is a midfielder by trade, having signed from Brazilian side Palmeiras for €27 million last summer.

When he moved to Portugal, he put pen to paper on a contract which included a €100m (£87m) release clause.

Rios’ title could rise after World Cup

The 25-year-old has been capped 30 times by Colombia and is expected to play a key role for his country this summer.

If Colombia manages to advance from their group, which includes Portugal, Democratic Republic of Congo and Uzbekistan, and qualify for the round of 16, Rios’ reputation will undoubtedly rise further.

At club level, his first season with Benfica was somewhat mixed, but his manager, José Mourinho, likes him very well, having started him regularly when he has been fit in recent months.

Man Utd prioritized other midfield targets

Although Rios may well be on director of football Jason Wilcox’s radar, it seems unlikely that the Colombia international will be seen as a great option to strengthen the first team in the middle of the park.

Personalities like Elliot Anderson, Adam Wharton, Sandro Tonali, Angel StillerCarlos Baleba and Joao Gomes would be the main targets.

However, it is worth pointing out that budgetary constraints could force United to sign cheaper alternatives, especially if they wish to sign more than one midfielder, as some reports suggest.

Whether Rios would actually be available on the cheap seems moot anyway, considering the price Benfica paid for him last year.

    PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
